A community netball club thrives through the dedication and involvement of parents and community volunteers. Your participation on the Committee and within our club is vital to our continued success.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open to all Minties members and we invite everyone to attend.

Who is eligible to nominate for the committee?

Any current member is eligible to nominate for a position on the committee.

Who is eligible to vote?

One member per family is eligble to vote.

How do I vote?

There are two ways to vote at the AGM.

1. Attend the AGM in person and cast your vote

2. Vote via completing the proxy form.

What is a proxy?

Proxy voting is where you give permission to an attending member to vote on your behalf. You must provide them with the names of the people you wish to vote for.

How do I proxy vote?

Download the Proxy voting form. The form must be handed to your attending member prior to attending the AGM, or you can submit your proxy vote electronically no later than 7.30 pm on the Monday prior to the AGM via email to mintiescommunication@gmail.com. 

What will happen at the AGM?

The current committee will present an overview on the 2026 season. The fees for 2027 will be set. At the completion of the 2026 overview all positions will be declared vacant and voting will commence.

What time do I need to be there?

The AGM starts at 7.00pm on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 in the large Meeting Room at the Holloway Road Court. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early. If you have Proxy votes to submit we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to submit your proxy paperwork.
