Players train on Wednesdays and compete in games held on either Wednesday or Thursday evening at the Bayside Netball Centre in Sandringham.
Senior players focus on strengthening their sport-specific skills and tactics during training and applying these on the court on game day, with a strong emphasis on staying active and enjoying the game.
