All Minties Netball Club members wishing to nominate for a position on the committee must complete a nomination form.

Nomination forms must be completed and returned to the President by 5pm on the day prior to the AGM date. Forms can be email to mintiescommunication@gmail.com.

Any current member is eligible to nominate for a position on the committee.

What will happen at the AGM?

The current committee will present an overview on the 2026 season. The fees for 2027 will be set. At the completion of the 2026 overview all positions will be declared vacant and voting will commence.

What time do I need to be there?

The AGM starts at 7.00pm on Wednesday 2nd September 2026. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early. If you have Proxy votes to submit we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to submit your proxy paperwork.
