Training is held on a Wednesday and playing as part of a team on game day each Saturday
at the Bayside Netball Centre in Sandringham.
Senior players focus on consolidating their basic sport-specific skills and tactics during training and how to apply those skills on the court on Game Day, with a large emphasis on staying active and having fun.
